About the Position: The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Caregiving Associate to join our team in Forest City, IA. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. As a member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $20.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring their health and reporting any changes to the nursing staff. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing housekeeping tasks and participating in infection control procedures. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
