Culinary Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Cliffs Club Services, LLC. As a Line Cook, you will be part of a prestigious community with seven luxury locations across the Carolinas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.

**Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
* Culinary Arts degree preferred, but not required.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, tools, techniques, and ingredients.
* Ability to follow recipes, accommodate food allergies, and propose menu items.
* Proficiency in knife skills and butchering techniques.
* Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment.
