Job Summary

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team in a manufacturing company. This role is responsible for collaborating with key clients to ensure exceptional service throughout the purchasing and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of coordinators, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct annual reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure service delivery levels are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Lead and manage inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
  • Meetings and Communications: Coordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Process Development: Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
  • Order Management: Create purchase orders (POs) and invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Reporting: Prepare documentation and departmental reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience in supply chain management.
  • ERP Experience: Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with Netsuite being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
