Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Realty Center Management Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and attractiveness of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the grounds and landscaping, including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks, and power washing surfaces.
  • Empty trash cans, clean pool areas, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist maintenance technicians as needed and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting curbs, striping parking lots, and controlling weeds.
  • Keep common areas clean and free of clutter and debris.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
