Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and create insurance and non-insurance estimates based on field inspections, documentation, and photographs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of potential projects and provide detailed scopes of work and estimates to clients, adjusters, and property managers.
  • Exhibit strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills to secure projects while maximizing profit margins.
  • Meet established sales targets on a yearly and quarterly basis.

Dependable Restoration is a general contracting firm specializing in water, mold, and fire damage restoration services for both residential and commercial properties in Southern California. We are a rapidly expanding company and are eager to enhance our team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
  • Strong work ethic, customer service orientation, and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds and work in varying seasonal conditions.

Compensation: Salary is based on experience, including a base salary plus commission.

Experience Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in construction estimating (preferred).
  • Xactimate Level 2 or equivalent (required).
