Position Available:
Xanitos is seeking dedicated Ambulatory Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our healthcare facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
As an Ambulatory Housekeeper, you will:
  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas including patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and hallways.
  • Perform dusting, polishing, and sanitizing of surfaces and fixtures.
  • Ensure floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary.
  • Manage waste disposal and replenish supplies in restrooms.
  • Transport cleaning equipment and supplies as needed throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • Experience in janitorial services, particularly in a medical setting is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer medical examination, background check, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Close and distance vision capabilities.

Work Environment:
Employees may encounter:
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and materials.
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
  • A generally quiet work environment.
