Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at the Ramada Waterfront. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial procedures and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Perform daily audits of financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, and credit card transactions
• Verify and reconcile all financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with computers and accounting software required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts
