Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of pipefitting operations. This includes identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action, as well as instructing and supervising journeymen in specific craft tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-the-spot corrective action to address safety risks and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Inspecting finished work for quality and completeness, and taking remedial action when necessary.
  • Coordinating with other craft disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and prevent jurisdictional conflicts.
  • Staying up-to-date with project cost control procedures and ensuring accurate reporting of time sheets, backcharges, and work status.

Typically, this role requires 6 years of industrial construction experience, with 2 years in supervisory roles. If you have a strong background in pipefitting and a passion for leadership, we encourage you to apply.
