Position Overview:The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated Full-time Custodial Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our retirement community, Saxony Village. The ideal candidate will embody warmth and a welcoming spirit while delivering meticulous housekeeping services. We are committed to fostering a grace-filled environment where residents can thrive at every stage of life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas of Saxony Manor.
2. Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
3. Execute specific daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments as directed.
4. Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
5. Maintain and utilize cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
6. Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the community.
Work Schedule:
This Full-time role offers daytime hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, including a rotating weekend schedule. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
