We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population.
Responsibilities:- Provide outpatient family medicine services to patients aged 12 and above
- Treat 2-3 patients per hour with protected time for clinical administration
- Establish and maintain a panel of patients, managing chronic health conditions, acute conditions, and preventive care
- Perform women's health visits, routine GYN exams, and LARCs if desired/credentialed
- Participate in at-home telephone calls with patients once monthly
- Collaborate with an interprofessional team to provide patient-centered care
- MD or DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine
- PA medical license and ability to obtain
- Academic appointment and salary commensurate with experience
- Commitment to health equity and anti-racist practices
