Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

At Ladgov Corporation, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide direct support to students in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, utilizing your knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges in classroom and other educational settings, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress towards goals, ensuring accurate and reliable data for informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of materials and resources for behavior intervention programs, collaborating with the BCBA and other team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the BCBA and other team members to discuss student progress and any changes to intervention plans, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective support.
  • Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and state regulations, upholding the highest standards of practice.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Licensed to practice as an RBT in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of three years of general experience or at least one year of experience working with K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to promoting the well-being and success of students with behavioral challenges, with a focus on providing high-quality support and services.
