Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and our auto technicians, guiding them through their elected services and advising them on recommended services in a way that is easy to understand.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Guide customers through their elected services and advise them on recommended services
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and auto technicians
  • Help customers make decisions by expertly explaining benefits, costs, and product features
  • Build trust and connections with customers to gain repeat business
Requirements
  • 18 years old or older
  • Previous sales and service advisor experience
  • Valid driver's license
