Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Filson is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a luxury experience to all store clientele, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and service a book of clienteling, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving repeat business.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Filson product, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
  • Perform duties related to opening and closing the store, including stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Maintain store merchandising standards, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stocking and maintaining size runs on the sales floor, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient restocking.
  • Keeping the store appearance to the Filson standard, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service environment preferred.
  • Friendly and outgoing, with a service mentality and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required.
  • Basic math skills and register experience a plus.
  • Able to stand for 8 hours, lift and carry 30 pounds, reach overhead, pull clothing and luggage from shelves, and bend, kneel, or stoop.
