Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Rotolos Alexandria. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of our dishes, utensils, and equipment.

• Unload and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine, ensuring they are properly sanitized and stored.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
• Clean and maintain the dish machine, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Organize and store dishes and utensils in a clean and efficient manner.
• Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, and moving quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures and protocols.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
