Salary: $35.01 - $54.60/hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our New Graduate RN Residency Program. As a nurse in this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a comprehensive 12-month curriculum. You will work with experienced leaders and mentors who will guide you in becoming a confident and competent nursing professional.
Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through use of the nursing process and patient care standards.
Requirements:
- RN License required two weeks prior to the start date.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates.
