Senior Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and promoting a positive living environment.

• Assist with daily resident care activities, including medication administration, vital sign checks, and wound care.
• Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
• Conduct regular wellness visits and monitor residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the RCD.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Competitive salary range $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
