Store Associate

Overview:
This role involves engaging in sales and providing exceptional customer service through various responsibilities, including:

  • Executing sales and customer service functions.
  • Handling cashier duties, maintaining stockroom organization, and ensuring store cleanliness as required.
  • Upholding company standards related to personal sales performance metrics.

Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements outlined below are essential for fulfilling the primary duties of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:

  • Ability to stand for approximately 5 – 8 hours daily, typically 3 – 5 days per week.
  • During busy sales periods, may be required to work extended hours ranging from 1 – 12 hours in a day.
  • Involves bending and kneeling to assist customers with merchandise, as well as reaching and pulling to stock or retrieve items from storage.
  • May need to climb ladders or navigate stairs to access or stock merchandise.
  • Regularly required to lift items weighing between 5 – 25 lbs, with the possibility of heavier weights in certain situations.
