Job Requirements:

Omni Inclusive is seeking a strong technical SAP Data Services consultant to work on BODS projects. Key skills include strong SQL, analytical and communication skills, with experience in designing and developing complex jobs in SAP DS. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with different functions and transformations, as well as integrating Data Services with applications like SAP ECC, SAP BW and databases like MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres etc. Strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs using best practices is also required. Additionally, the candidate should be able to lead a team of onsite and offshore developers, prioritize and manage their time effectively, delegate work, review code and ensure quality delivery following coding standards. Self-motivation, a strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently are also essential. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented and thorough in their work. This is a development role for Integration area, with no production support or migration requirements.
