Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. This is a travel position, and you will be working in Lapeer, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate X-ray and other medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients for optimal image capture and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Develop and process X-ray films and digital images
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient imaging procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
