Customer Service Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at Burlington, a rapidly growing retail brand.
As the Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service. You will ensure a customer-first focus is top priority while friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer service remain key areas of focus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Model company core values and Our Burlington philosophy in daily work*
* Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys *
* Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions*
**Requirements:**
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Physical requirements include lifting and moving boxes weighing 40 lbs or more, and standing and walking for extended periods.
**Estimated Salary: $16.69 per hour**
