Job Title: Substitute Teacher

An ESS substitute teacher plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education in the absence of a regular teacher. This position requires a professional who can effectively implement lesson plans, engage students, and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality instruction to students in assigned classrooms, adhering to the regular teacher's lesson plans and curriculum objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with students, colleagues, and school administrators.
  • Report any student injuries, illnesses, or serious discipline problems to school administration in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as directed by school administration, ensuring the smooth operation of the school.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Criminal History Clearance.
