Dialysis Nurse

At US Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis unit.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assist with billing log preparation and updates, ensuring accurate and timely submission of patient information.
- Perform duties as assigned to meet the patient care or operational needs of the clinic, including obtaining blood samples for laboratory analysis and completing monthly review of patient medication profiles.
- Report any significant information or change in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and maintain thorough, accurate, and appropriate documentation in the patient record.
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state, with license maintained as current and in good standing.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Previous dialysis experience preferred, with successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency, within 8 weeks of hire.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
