About the Role:
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and imaging procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CT scanning or a related field.
