  • Provide home-based therapy sessions aimed at enhancing family dynamics and individual functioning.
  • Deliver mentoring sessions to youth, focusing on skill development and social integration.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including assessments and treatment plans.
  • Participate in required training and quality management activities.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting with children and families.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with youth and families, advocating for their needs.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in using information systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
