Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to work in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to assess their communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Conduct therapy sessions to improve patient communication and swallowing skills
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
