1. Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of projects and programs under the mentorship of senior program managers.

3. Support the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively collaborate with teams to address them.
5. Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Kanban boards) is advantageous.
