**Job Description**
As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. You will consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.

- Provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction
- Participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work accurately with new technology and change
- Self-accountability for sales results through use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-motivation with ability to multi-task; respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
**Compensation and Benefits**
The estimated salary for this position is between $16.00 - $21.76 per hour. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first-class total rewards package.
