Join Our Team as a Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team at Behavioral Health Network. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services and family consultation using techniques grounded in principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop specific, focused behavior intervention plans to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors.
  • Provide assessment and treatment to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Identify specific objectives and performance goals of enrolled youth and prepare behavior intervention plans according to Behavior Analytic best practices standards.
  • Create behavior measurement systems for monitoring progress of enrolled youth and guide decisions on plan revisions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a mental health field and two (2) years' experience in the field of behavior analysis.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst eligible within one year preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
