About the Role

As a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager III at UMB Bank, you will play a critical role in supporting our Corporate Trust team by serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex administrative issues, and providing support to senior-level client staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly complex support to a designated group of large trustee clients with intricate needs, resolving intricate administrative issues and collaborating with senior-level client staff.
  • Offer day-to-day support to existing institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing for administrative fees, facilitating transaction closings, handling cash and investment transactions, and providing debt service calculations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely setup of issues on all systems, prepare accounts for compliance review, and review legal documents in partnership with the corporate legal team to guarantee operational mechanics are suitable and negotiate document provisions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $69,230.00 - $179,300.00. UMB Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, a 401(k) matching program, annual incentive pay, paid holidays, and a range of insurance coverage options.
