As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide consultative services and collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to deliver high-quality patient care in a high-needs community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide consultative services to patients and families in a palliative care setting
- Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to develop and implement patient care plans
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency
- Current US work visa
- Experience in hospice and/or palliative care, geriatric medicine, or oncology preferred
- Competitive compensation package
- Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 days per week
- 100% inpatient role at the hospital
- No call responsibility
