We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonography Specialist to join our team on a local contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. As an Echo Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Job

This 13-week local contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) and gain valuable experience in an acute care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and monitoring echocardiograms, collaborating with physicians and staff, and communicating clinical changes during procedures.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography School
  • At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
  • Registry-eligible for Echocardiographic Technician Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and monitor echocardiograms, calculating, measuring, and documenting results for physician interpretation
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff on patient care and communicate any clinical changes during procedures
