Unit Overview:
Our Antepartum Unit is a Level 3 Maternal Care Center, providing comprehensive care to patients with high-risk pregnancies. Our team is dedicated to delivering safe and high-quality care, and we are committed to fostering an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to antepartum patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism, promoting a healthy work environment and a culture of safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid RN license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
