Job Title: Torcher and Dismantler

We are seeking an experienced Torcher and Dismantler to join our team at Paul's Auto Yard. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for dismantling vehicles and equipment using a cutting torch and other hand tools to extract non-ferrous metals.

• Dismantle vehicles and equipment using a cutting torch and other hand tools to extract non-ferrous metals.
• Ensure all materials are properly segregated and maintained in a clean and organized environment.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking material movement.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using a cutting torch and other hand tools.
• Knowledge of non-ferrous materials and their value.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
