Job Title: Area Supervisor

McDonald's is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Supervisor to lead our team of General Managers and ensure the highest standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Safety in our restaurants.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants
  • Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience
  • Great decision-making skills
  • Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards
  • Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management team
  • Actively engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve restaurant operations
Requirements:
  • General Manager experience of 1-3 years preferred
  • Multi-unit management experience preferred
  • McDonald's or quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and exercise time management skills
  • Availability to work various shifts and drive to restaurant locations
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
