Overview:
As a Nighttime Pastry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our bakery operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare a variety of fresh breads and pastries during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a wide selection of baked goods each night, ensuring adherence to our quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Cafe Management and fellow team members to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Embody the essence of our brand and uphold our cultural values in every aspect of your role.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Engage in additional tasks as required, including stocking, preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in baking or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to work overnight shifts (typically from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., subject to variation).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
