Job Summary

Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is seeking a skilled Chemotherapy/Infusion RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will administer chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy treatments to patients while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer simple to complex infusion therapy for chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy treatments to patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Assess, prioritize, and monitor patients under your care with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Provide education to patients, family members, and significant others regarding cancer therapy and treatments.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and restock supplies as needed.
  • Follow OSHA guidelines when handling cytotoxic agents, biohazardous waste, and other materials potentially infected with blood-borne pathogens.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
  • Current Montana Registered Nurse License.
  • Current BLS, ACLS.
  • Current or pending Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) preferred.
  • Current or pending Oncology Certified Registered Nurse (OCN) preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years as a Registered Nurse, clinical oncology experience preferred.
