About the Role
This is a PRN (as-needed) position, meaning you will work on a flexible schedule to cover varying shifts and surgeries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a sterile environment and preparing rooms for procedures
• Assisting surgeons and other medical staff during operations
• Cleaning and disinfecting equipment and rooms after procedures
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and patient care
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certification as an OR Tech in Surgery or Certified Surgical Technologist (expected within one year of hire)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
