Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Lead Server to join our team at Immanuel Communities. As a Lead Server, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with new employee training and implementing company policies and cleanliness standards in our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in training new employees and implementing company policies and procedures
  • Work independently as a lead in the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts
  • Prepare tables for meals, refill containers, clear dishes, handle food safely, and attend to residents' needs
  • Take phone orders and ensure other servers are completing tasks
  • Facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests

Requirements

  • One year of dining room serving experience required
  • Minimum age of 16 years old required
