Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based, best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and administrators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Model professional, ethical, and safe behavior.
  • Maintain program properties and materials.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Contribute to program development and evaluations.
  • Ensure safety and risk assessment procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum of an associate's degree in ECE or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an outdoor environment.
