Our compensation plan is designed to reward your hard work and dedication. You'll earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $700.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, you may be eligible for additional earnings.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a housekeeper with Molly Maid, you'll be responsible for:

• Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
• Communicating with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner

If you're a team lead, you'll also be responsible for:

• Managing the team's schedule and driving safely
• Maintaining equipment

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Be available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
• Be bilingual, preferred, and able to communicate with clients
