Busser Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Palm Harbor. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove used tableware and clear tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Take tableware to bus bins and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
  • Clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings.
  • Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating and customer service.
  • Assist servers with plate removal, especially during peak periods.
  • Keep all Front of House areas clean, including floors around trash cans and walkways.
  • Thank guests as they leave.

Requirements:

  • No previous restaurant experience required.
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • Must be available to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
  • Full-time applicants must consider Keke's as their primary place of employment.
  • All employees must have dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on the first day of work.

Each location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Applications will be directed to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of the individual franchise location.
