Job Summary:

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position encompasses responsibilities in Front Desk operations, Bell Services, and Concierge functions. The Coordinator will create a welcoming environment and deliver personalized service to each guest, adhering to the high standards set by our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and assist guests during check-in, ensuring a personalized experience.
  2. Guide guests to their accommodations, paying attention to individual preferences.
  3. Manage guest luggage and provide assistance as needed.
  4. Offer room quotes and promote additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  5. Engage with guests using their names and sharing relevant hotel information.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
  7. Provide insights on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
  8. Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  9. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  10. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Performance Expectations:

The Guest Services Coordinator is expected to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional service and maintaining the standards of Mainsail Lodging & Development.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Physical & Mental Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
