Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established recipes and procedures to prepare and bake a variety of products.
  • Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Provide excellent customer service by making product recommendations, taking special orders, and answering customer inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
