We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Time Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at BioLife, a leading plasma donation center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering phones, and greeting visitors in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist donors with appointments, create or pull donor record files, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the center management team to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is preferred.
