Job Summary

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and complete shipment logs at each location
  • Load, secure, and protect products in the delivery vehicle and transport merchandise safely
  • Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets and offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner
  • Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition
  • Adhere to state and federal break requirements and protect company assets and financial information
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 3 years of experience driving with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and pass a background check
