CBM Systems L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of janitorial staff at multiple work sites
  • Assign janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements
  • Inspect work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards
  • Confer with and coach staff to resolve production and personnel problems
  • Train workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment
  • Issue janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with the current performance of the team
  • Complete regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and act appropriately based on results
  • Hold regular feedback conversations with staff to discuss performance and development goals
  • Ensure all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long-term retention
  • Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by enforcing the company's safety, recognition, and training programs
  • Handle administrative duties of assigned accounts, including timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety, and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Pre-employment criminal background check required
  • Able to work in a medical environment and work independently
  • Valid driver's license/good driving record
  • For safety reasons, must be able to speak English
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience in a mobile management role
  • Prefer experience working with a diverse population
  • Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment
