Hearing Specialist

As a Hearing Specialist at ENT And Allergy Associates, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in need of audiology services.

We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to join our team in the Flushing office location. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to effectively counsel patients while building rapport.

• Conduct audiometric testing and provide recommendations for hearing aids
• Perform diagnostic testing and make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
• Program and fit hearing aids, assisting with adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient files
• Schedule and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Master's Degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)
• An active and current hearing aid dispensing license
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
