We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech, providing exceptional care to adolescents in our behavioral health unit. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical staff, and ensuring seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, and diabetic monitoring
- Provide patient education, verify understanding, and arrange for additional consultations and testing as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff, initiate supervision when necessary, and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor the work of assigned personnel, provide guidance, and initiate refresher training when required
- NC (or compact) RN license
- NC Agency License (required upon submission)
- COVID vaccination (mandatory, with exemptions approved by agency)
- 2 years of behavioral health experience (preferred)
