About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Rocket Propulsion System Engineer to join our esteemed team at SpaceX. Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Designing and developing novel propulsion systems, including fuel tanks, pumps, valves, and control systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate propulsion systems into our spacecraft, ensuring seamless performance and safety.
  • Conducting thorough testing and validation of propulsion systems to ensure compliance with rigorous industry standards.
  • Developing and maintaining complex simulations and models to predict system behavior and optimize performance.


Requirements and Qualifications


To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in rocket propulsion system design, development, and integration.
  • Proven expertise in simulation tools, such as MATLAB, ANSYS, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Benefits and Compensation


This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
