Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations on Comcast products and services.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help customers understand and manage their account statements and make payments in the store.
  • Answer customer questions and make changes to account data, upgrade services, and process general service requests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge and stay up-to-date on competitive information.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
Compensation:

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.39 (annually: $49,280 to $54,896). Our uncapped commissions offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
